President and owner of Bip floral inc. - a marketing communications agency founded in 2002 - France Lebeau has been working in the field of communications since 1979. Growing up in a farming family, France has always been passionate about nature. Her interest for horticulture started when building her specialized photo library, now with over 22 000 photographs of gardens, plants and more horticultural related items.
Besides photography, the company offers services in packaging design, graphic and web design, marketing support and management of print.
Multidisciplinary, France possesses a wealth of experience and vast knowledge in visual and applied arts. Her artistic skills always serve her well in developing appealing designs.
Over the years, the company has accomplished many projects for medium to large size companies such as Desjardins, Player’s, RONA (now Loews), La COOP Fédérée, Hydro-Québec, La Fondation de la Mode de Montréal, etc.
Since 2004, she has been working in close collaboration with BOTANIX, a large group of 35 garden centers in Quebec (Canada). Her numerous mandates include the complete development of marketing tools and merchandising strategies: promotional flyers, 360-page BOTANIX guides, packaging for hard goods, in-store displays, newsletters, web sites, etc.
The Odyssey for the Best Packaging Design
In 2017, horticultural growers asked France if she could develop a new type of packaging to promote plants to a new clientele of young and urban customers. Curious, and always interested in offering innovating marketing solutions for horticultural industry customers, she began her quest to develop new and unique packaging solutions.
Over the years, France developed strong relationships with her employees, collaborators and partners to complete her projects. She strongly believes in developing unique relationships fueled by understanding, diplomacy, humility and respect.
This new packaging project was no different! She met with retailers, growers, printers, marketing and sales experts and got all those parties working together to reach her objective: develop the best packaging solutions to promote plants.
Caroline Therrien, marketing and sales expert, has been a close collaborator to Bip floral since 2004. Now, Caroline offers guidance to develop the right marketing and communication strategy for her new packaging project. She also collaborates in the website content creation.
